Life requires 3 fundamental actions; movement, nourishment and rest.
A good balance of these 3 fundamentals can promote life. An imbalance of these fundamentals can create problems for life.
In today’s world there are functions of our lives; economical, technological and sociological which can disrupt these fundamentals and in turn create imbalances.
These imbalances can take many forms such as poor posture, high blood pressure, obesity and low self esteem to name but a few.
My work involves creating solutions, to these imbalances, solutions that fit and adhere to your lifestyle.
